I hope the summer breeze is soothing your soul as the ocean waves encourage us to be flexible and let "it" go and breathe. We have some wonderful events for the month of August at Feathers. In addition to our usual classes we are honored to have the Tibetian monks visit on Aug 7th, a second gong meditation with Guruatma on Aug 30th, and celebrate our 7 month anniversary with a spectacular open house on Aug 30th! I look forward to seeing you and celebrating with you!

An Evening with theTibetian Buddhist Monks: Aug 7th 7-9pm $20.
A Rinpoche (great teacher) will speak on compassion followed by chanting with six monks and a blessing of the studio. 100% of the proceeds will go to the children of Tibet who are without families.
Group Past Life Regression with Beth O'Connor Aug. 14 7-9pm. $25
Past life regression is a beautiful process and a healing of the soul. Beth strongly believes that it can help you to identify patterns in your life, that you have challenged yourself to work through or on in this lifetime. It can help teach you why you feel the way you do about someone or something. It's really a soul journey and a special experience. Please join me for a wonderful evening.. Bring Blanket and Pillow for your comfort!
Introduction to Meditation with BethAnn Fisher. Aug 18th 7:30-9:00. $20. Learn basic skills to begin your meditation practice. Instruction with guided meditation.
Drumming Circle with Jeff Rosen. Aug 22 7-8:30 pm $15

Reiki Level One Certification with Christine Naoum-Heffernan RN Aug 23th 8am-3pm. $125
Learn the history of Reiki and how Reiki can be used in daily life and in your professional practice.*CE pending
Gong Meditation with Guruamata
Aug 30. 7:30-9pm $20 chanting, kundalini yoga, with gong meditation.
* Bring a pillow, blanket and bottled water.
Reiki Share - Aug 12, 8-10pm. $10 This is an opportunity for practitioners to give and receive a Reiki session, but is open to the public to experience Reiki.
