Advanced Yoga Teacher Certifcation - Graduation Party

The Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification class graduated last night after 8 long months of training to complete their 500 hrs. One student is from the pictures with me - Luanne Persson (will get one from other students). The other students who graduated were Jackie Kilroe, Dorene Kominsky, Brona Coogan-Coyne, Pinky Stearns, Sheila Walsh, Sandi McNiff and Paulette Harwood.

We met at El Sarape's Mexican Restaurant in Weymouth Landing and had a great meal. They are such a wonderful group of women and I know they will miss their weekly class but they plan on keeping in touch and getting together.

Yoga School Graduation

We graduated 39 students last weekend. Most of them have yoga teaching jobs already - some told me they were teaching several classes a week and one is opening her own center soon. They hugged me and thanked me profusely for providing this school. That is why I keep going on with it - I hope to sell the business within the next 5 years and retire. But for now - we will continue on and are recruiting and getting ready for our June and August classes.
