Experience the many benefits of yoga! This workshop is for those new to yoga, those familiar with Peggy’s style or those who already teach yoga
You don’t have to be young, thin, or flexible to do yoga. Begin right where you are with Peggy’s gentle stretches and accessible yoga postures, using a chair as an aid for balance and stability.
Learn a variety of yoga postures and several relaxation techniques—all adaptable to your body’s needs and abilities.
Peggy’s gentle and practical approach draws on her years of experience teaching yoga to seniors and from her popular videos that air on public television, Yoga for the Rest of Us,
More Yoga for the Rest of Us, and Back Care Basics: Yoga for the Rest of Us.
The program will close with a discussion of how to make this modified approach to yoga a consistent part of your life.
Peggy Cappy has over 30 years experience in creating accessible yoga programs for a variety of audiences and has taught students from ages three to 100.
