Community Night - Health & Wellness Event in January & February
Hi Everyone,
Thanks to all the instructors who have worked so tirelessly all year at Open Doors. We appreciate all your efforts. If you have an area of expertise and would like to create a class around it we would welcome any and all ideas.Please send an email to opendoorsevent@yahoo.com if you are interested in teaching any of the classes below.
We are now scheduling classes January through June.

COMMUNITY NIGHT - DECEMBER 6, 2009
Open Doors will once again be having a Community Night on December 6th. We had a great turnout on our last Community Night and would like to extend an invitation to all instructors who would like to participate. There will be tables available. We will also like to have 4 15 minute presentations that evening. If you have something you would like to present, please let us know.
Mind Body Take Control of Your Life
In January & February we are having Health & Wellness months. The event is called MindBody Take Control of Your Life. Some classes to be included are: Body Work, Accupressure, fitness, Weight Loss, Stop Smoking, Stress Reduction, Habit Control, Meditation, Energy Healing, Essene, Shambala, Anti Aging, Herbology, Aroma Therapy, Macrobiotic Foods.
