Stretch, Sweat and Shed with Ronnie Shaffer



STRETCH, SWEAT & SHED …………those extra pounds. You will realign your body, mind, and spirit with specific yoga poses that’ll build strength, increase your flexibility, and lose weight. This six week program is designed for you to detoxify your body through yoga postures, learning cleansing breaths and stretch till you sweat.
We’ll discuss a plan to reduce weight naturally.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Ronnie Shaffer is a certified yoga instructor and a popular South Shore workshop facilitator. Having taught yoga and meditation for five years to women in prison she is the author of, “I Hear Your Cry: Women in Prison.”

Classes held at Open Doors, Braintree
Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15a.m.
