Real Life Yoga Studio in Holbrook is offering the following specialty classes:
Pre-Natal Yoga Wednesdays at 6:00pm-7:00pm with Marcela Heffron
This class is specifically designed for women preparing to give birth. Women who have recently given birth are also welcome to attend. Classes will include stretching, breath work, and traditional Hatha yoga postures modified for the pregnant body. This is a six week series starting Sept. 17th – Oct. 22nd. This class requires pre-registration. Those who sign up after the series begins will be pro-rated
Fee- $60
Yoga for Kids of all ages Sunday’s starting Sept. 14, 2008 with Kara Magaldi
Itty Bitty Yogis (age 3-5) 8:30 am (Mom or Dad will be able to participate in the 8:30am adult yoga class ongoing in studio 2)
Yogikids (ages 6-8) 10:45 am
Yoga for Kids (ages 9-12) 4:00pm
