All Levels Yoga Class (Beginners Welcome)
6 Week Class Wednesday Nights 6:30pm- 8:00pm
Start Date April 8th
Fee- $72.00 for 6 weeks ($15 for drop ins)
Instructors: Patricia Glynn, CYT and Linda Evans, CYT
Each week one of us will lead the class and the other will help students with alignment. Adjustments are not made often enough in most yoga classes because there is only one teacher. This is a great opportunity to correct any bad habits. If you are new to yoga, you will have a chance to correct them before they develop. We are really excited about this program.
