Marcia Putnam-Todd, Master of Science, MS, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher, has been a practitioner of Hatha Yoga since 1999. Her journey into Yoga started years before the use of Asana. Spending four months in India as a student of culture and sociology in 1992 started her on the path of meditation, breath work, and the use of tolerance in everyday life. After completing her Masters Degree in Art Therapy at Springfield College in 1997 and becoming licensed as a Mental Health Therapist her journey into Yoga flowed into her physical life through Hatha Yoga. The use of Yoga in all its forms; asana, breath, and meditation are fundamental in maintaining and enriching her life and the lives of her clients. She is certified as a Yoga teacher through Finding Inner Peace Yoga School and continues a dedicated personal practice. She recently left the Community Counseling practice to pursue Yoga as a career and continues in her creative endeavors in art, writing, and gardening.

Trisha Matthies, Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist is the founder and owner of The Healing Moon Wellness Center,LLC. Trisha is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master Teacher in both the Usui and Karuna Systems. As a child Trisha recognized her ability to “feel” the emotions and energies of those around her. As a young adult she embraced her intuitive gifts and began to follow her spiritual calling as an empath, medium, and energy healer. Trisha specializes in assisting women and children on their healing path towards inner peace, empowerment, confidence and balance. For over fifteen years, she has studied various healing techniques allowing her to practice a gentle blend of healing methods utilizing Reiki, Shamanism, Tibetan Singing Bowls, guided meditation, aromatherapy, crystals, and color therapy. Trisha frequently receives angelic messages for her clients during reiki sessions from spirit guides. She has also worked with the healing energies of the ascended masters such as Mother Mary, Kuan Yin, Saint Bridget, and Archangels Michael and Rafael. Trisha has reached out to the community with her volunteer association to Caritas Hospital and by her teachings with the Adult Education Program at Norwood High School. She is also the organizer of "Healing Hurt", a fundraiser that aids women and children survivors of domestic violence.
