If you have never done Yoga or Pilates, or if you are more experienced I invite you to join us! Beginners are welcome~ you have to start somewhere! Each class is always a new starting point in your practice, regardless of your ability.
The combination of both Yoga and Pilates will help you to achieve all over fitness, strength, flexibility, a flat tummy by focusing on your core/abdominals, and a longer, leaner body. We will use props (all provided for you) such as circles, blocks and hand weights to challenge yourself ~if you choose.
Give yourself this one hour a week for YOU! You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. It is like putting yourself in a time out for an hour so you can collect your thoughts, balance your emotions and calm your mind- much needed during the holidays!
