The basic format for this Yoga Teacher Certification with 200 hours of training includes weekly classes for 6 1/2 months (27 weeks) and six (6) 15 hour weekend intensives. You may also extend this training to a year long program and incorporate the weekend intensives into weekly lesson plans.
